Geraldine has successfully conducted a five-day trial before the Superior Court of Justice, appeared on numerous, case and settlement conferences, motions, examinations for discovery and mediations. Despite being a litigator, Geraldine always strives to resolve matters outside of the judicial process to save her client legal costs. Nevertheless, Geraldine’s passion for advocacy is reflected in her representation as she advocates for her clients vigourously and works to achieve the best results possible.
Geraldine has conducted seminars on various topics such as Wills and Estates Law, and urgent motions in Family Law. She is also an instructor at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology where she teaches a variety of subject matters to students enrolled in the Law Clerk program.
When Geraldine is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and binge watching television shows with her husband which her children call "date nights".
